These Terms govern use of Table 13 Media's website and content-management and publishing services.
Table 13 Media creates, manages, and publishes original short-form media content. Our tools may connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok, through authorized integrations.
Where a platform connection is used, the account holder must authorize access. Publishing actions are performed only within the permissions granted through the applicable platform.
Users are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for content they submit or publish and for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies. Table 13 Media does not control their availability, review decisions, features, or policies.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms as the service evolves.
